Please reach out to your state boards to make their data publicly available so that we can create the largest publicly available database on licensure pass rates, and examine why the EPPP pass rate is so low, particularly among BIPOC, first-gen, and/or neurodivergent individuals. There's limited research on differential validity among Blacks and Latinx populations, but anecdotally, I know many are adversely impacted by this exam, including myself.

Why publish this data on a public dashboard?
As a multiple test-taker who passed the EPPP on her 5th attempt and the CPLEE on her 1st attempt, I'm curious to know why there is such a discrepancy. The EPPP exam made me question myself in a vast number of ways (i.e., Imposter Syndrome) that I thought about giving up. To give up a field and a career that I love and whose community needed me greatly. I persevered and my courage to keep going led to creating Ganas & Go! It was in a training room at an APA-accredited site that I found myself, a Latina, with a Black and Asian woman, with similar experiences that led me dig into the data and to follow the money ($$$). As I dove into the research, I was shocked. It wasn't just me. Not just me, but colleagues, colleague friends, and many coaching clients I've worked with. This is a social justice and health equity issue. So this is why I care. #showusthedata
