The CA BOP reached out to ASPPB regarding lower passing rates in CA and data is to be provided to Board members, however there was something mentioned about some data that is not collected.
Unfortunately, no one spoke up for public comment to inquire further about the statistics and the decreasing passing rates in CA, or any correlations on BIPOC vs non-BIPOC EPPP passing rates.
